Andrew Dmytryk is a Managing Director with ZRG, focusing on the Technology Practice, and ZRG’s Toronto Office leader for Executive Search.

With 13+ years of search experience working across Technology, Financial Services, Consumer/Retail, Professional Services, and Private Equity, Andrew has deployed agile search methodologies to streamline the executive placement experience and enable high-performing organizations to better attract, recruit, and retain best-in-class talent.

Prior to joining ZRG, Andrew was a Partner with a top global executive search firm – Odgers Berndtson – and helped to establish a Talent Solutions Practice providing accelerated executive search delivery, interim executive search, and recruitment project solutions.

Andrew's areas of expertise include Technology, Financial Services, Consumer/Retail, Professional Services, and Private Equity.

Andrew is a graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Telfer School of Management, where he earned his Bachelor of Commerce, International Business Major. In addition, he completed his Certificate in International Business from the Grenoble Ecole de Management, where he also received his Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Business French.
