Andre Radaza is a Director of Business Development in ZRG’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Interim Solutions & Project Consulting practice. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, he specializes in partnering with healthcare organizations across payor, provider, and life sciences sectors to deliver strategic interim and consulting solutions that drive business transformation.

With over 10 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Andre has worked extensively with payors, providers, and life sciences organizations, helping them address complex workforce and operational challenges. Prior to joining ZRG, he was with RGP, where he collaborated with leading healthcare organizations on a range of strategic initiatives. One of his most significant accomplishments was leading a multi-year, $8-10 million global Oracle integration project, ensuring seamless implementation and transformation for a major client.

Andre’s ability to develop tailored workforce solutions, manage large-scale projects, and foster strong client relationships has positioned him as a trusted advisor in interim talent and consulting solutions. His expertise spans business development, consulting project execution, and enterprise technology transformation.
