
Amanda started her career in 2016 as a Business Development professional for a leading national homebuilder, retaining a top spot on the sales team while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction scores and exceeding quotas. She then moved to a custom home builder selling multi-million-dollar homes to C-Suite executives and other successful professionals, while helping formalize company processes and introduce innovative marketing tools. Amanda began her transition into the Executive Coaching industry by starting her coaching training at the tail end of 2025 and joined the ZRG Executive Coaching practice early 2026. She brings exceptional client experiences that exceed expectations as a trusted advisor and serves as a day-to-day contact point as the Client Service and Operations Manager. She leverages her interpersonal skills and enthusiasm for other’s personal development and the ZRG Bravanti brand to create a smooth and successful coaching engagement process. Amanda takes the time to understand challenges and thoughtfully execute a plan to deliver results, is ambitious, personable, organized, and motived. She fixates on client experience and strives to optimize operational strategy through diligence and discipline.
