With a background in strategic consulting, technology, banking, oil & gas, and entrepreneurship, Alvaro Collas advises boards and C-suite teams on key decisions related to talent strategy, organizational design, executive search, leadership assessment, and business transformation.

Alvaro leads strategic talent acquisition and succession planning efforts, always focused on aligning leadership with business goals. He works primarily with companies in industrial manufacturing, natural resources (mining, energy, agri/nutrition), financial services, professional services, and technology.

Since 2015, Alvaro has been mentoring entrepreneurs through Endeavor’s global network—an experience that also shaped his own entrepreneurial journey. In 2017, he co-founded Quantum Talent, a platform that brought AI and machine learning into recruiting across Latin America. In 2020, the company were recognized as Endeavor Entrepreneurs, and in 2022, Quantum was acquired by Wonolo.
