Ali Baker is the Recruiting Director for ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting – Healthcare & Life Sciences team. In this role, she leads recruitment efforts to connect top-tier interim executives and consulting talent with healthcare and life sciences organizations, ensuring they have the expertise needed to drive strategic growth and operational success.

Ali brings over a decade of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and business development across multiple industries, including healthcare, life sciences, oil & gas, and manufacturing. She began her recruiting career at Randstad Engineering before transitioning into a corporate recruiting role for a manufacturing company in Houston.

In 2016, she joined RGP as a Recruiting Administrator and quickly advanced to become a top-performing Senior Director. Throughout her tenure, she supported a wide range of industries and specialized roles, recruiting professionals from accounting and finance experts to clinical project managers. Her deep understanding of workforce needs and ability to deliver high-impact talent solutions earned her a reputation as a trusted advisor to both clients and candidates.

Ali’s expertise includes recruiting strategy, interim and consulting talent placement, and workforce solutions for healthcare and life sciences organizations. She is highly skilled at identifying and matching specialized talent to client needs, ensuring a seamless and effective hiring process.

Ali earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Houston. She is passionate about helping organizations navigate workforce challenges and takes pride in building strong, lasting professional relationships.
