Aaron Walker joined ZRG as a Managing Director in the Technology practice in 2024. He brings a unique blend of experiences to the firm having spent time as corporate talent leader and executive search professional. Aaron thrives on meeting new people, developing long-lasting relationships, and is passionate about aligning the right talent with the right strategic opportunities to drive significant business results.

Before joining ZRG, Aaron was a Partner in True Search’s Go-to-Market (GTM) practice and led the Go-to-Market practice for a boutique executive search firm. In addition to partnering with Private Equity and later stage Venture Capital/Growth Equity portfolio companies to scale their Sales, Marketing, Strategy, and Commercial Operations teams, he was also instrumental in founding True’s Games, Entertainment, Media, and Sports (GEMS) practice.

Prior to that, Aaron served as an executive recruiting leader at Vanguard and as the Senior Talent Partner for New Business Incubation and Strategy at Comcast. In these roles, he supported executive leadership developing human capital and talent acquisition strategies essential to new product launches, corporate partnerships, organizational transformations, and M&A. Earlier in his career, Aaron led strategic partnerships and alliances for a sports media start-up.

Aaron earned his Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Gettysburg College.

Residing in the Philadelphia suburbs, Aaron enjoys spending time with family and friends, especially his wife and new daughter. He is an avid golfer and sports fan.
