Assistant Vice President for Advancement, College of Medicine

Reports To: Senior Associate Vice President & Chief Advancement Officer, UF Health

The University of Florida is seeking an Assistant Vice President for Advancement, College of Medicine who will serve as a member of the UF Advancement and UF Health development leadership teams and as the chief advancement officer for the college, providing strategic leadership and oversight for all fundraising, grateful patient philanthropy, and advancement initiatives.

The AVP will lead the College of Medicine advancement team, direct the college's fundraising priorities and campaign strategy, and develop comprehensive programs that support the institution's education, research, clinical, and strategic objectives. This role will be instrumental in advancing the College of Medicine's contribution to the university's fundraising campaign while fostering a strong culture of philanthropy among donors, alumni, faculty, grateful patients, and other key stakeholders.
