Synergos is seeking a Chief Philanthropy Officer who will be a dynamic, strategic, and mission-driven leaderwho will spearhead an integrated approach to philanthropy, resource mobilization, and strategicpartnerships. Serving as a member of the Executive Leadership Team and reporting directly to the Presidentand CEO, the Chief Philanthropy Officer will develop and execute innovative strategies that strengthenSynergos' long-term financial sustainability, global influence, and social impact. This is an exceptionalopportunity to help shape the future of global philanthropy — connecting visionary families, catalyzingcollective action, and supporting a new era of more reflective and regenerative giving.

This role offers a flexible, hybrid schedule, requiring two to three days per week in the office.
