MotoGP
Senior Marketing Manager, Americas
Madrid, Spain
Background
MotoGP is the premier global motorcycle racing championship and one of the most exciting live sports properties in the world. First staged in 1949, the championship has evolved from a European racing series into a truly international platform, featuring elite riders, manufacturers and teams competing across iconic circuits around the globe. Defined by extraordinary speed, precision, bravery and constant innovation, MotoGP combines world-class competition with a passionate global fan base and a distinctive culture that sits at the intersection of sport, technology, lifestyle and entertainment.
The sport is entering a significant new chapter following Liberty Media’s acquisition of MotoGP’s commercial rights holder, Dorna. With the transaction now complete, MotoGP is positioned to accelerate its international growth, deepen engagement with existing fans and introduce the championship to broader audiences through enhanced storytelling, digital distribution, live-event experience and culturally relevant marketing. This evolution creates a timely opportunity to build MotoGP’s relevance in priority markets and translate the intensity of the racing product into a more expansive sports and entertainment brand.
The Americas represent one of the championship’s most important growth opportunities. As MotoGP looks to increase awareness, fandom, race demand and commercial impact across the region, the United States will be a central priority, alongside broader opportunities across Latin America. Success will require a marketing leader who understands the cultural dynamics of the Americas, can connect global campaigns to local audiences and can work effectively with promoters, broadcasters, partners, agencies and internal teams to create momentum year-round.
Any interested candidates should contact ZRG directly. Contacting MotoGP will only delay consideration of your qualifications.
