Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services is seeking a Senior Director of Development, Major Gifts who will be a key member of the Development team and responsible for building and implementing Didi Hirsch’s individual and major gifts strategy. The Senior Director will serve as the lead relationship manager to a portfolio of 100-125 major donors, developing and implementing strategies to move these prospects towards established goals, making assignments to other staff and volunteers as appropriate, and ensuring timely follow-through.
