A biotechnology company owned by a Fortune 500 parent needed to modernize and centralize its procurement operations while integrating a new ERP platform. Throughout the engagement, significant gaps were discovered across their requisition-to-pay (P2P) processes, including deficiencies in master data management, inventory control, invoice processing, shipping and receiving procedures, and procurement governance. The organization required both a rapid tactical execution plan and a scalable strategic framework to strengthen operations, improve financial performance, and enable future growth.

• Evaluated and compared four procurement technology solutions, aligning them to the client's operational and financial needs.
• Led the successful integration of a new ERP-based procure-to-pay solution in coordination with a third-party technology partner.

• Audited corporate and offsite inventory to improve accuracy, visibility, and accountability.
• Designed and rolled out shipping and receiving SOPs to streamline inbound and outbound logistics.
