

North America’s largest plumbing and HVAC distributor recognized the need to address the complex challenges and opportunities that rising leaders experience in the workplace. With more than 130 years of leadership in its field, both the organization’s products and workforce have grown and diversified over the years. Along with that growth came the need for leadership development to support the company’s top talent and help them succeed. This case study analyzes 2 years of the partnership, which included approximately 220 leader participants.
To meet the needs of the distinct leadership levels within the partnership, Bravanti designed five different programs to empower rising leaders to accelerate their careers within the organization. The programs for these cohorts included: • Immersion Pre-Work: 360° Leadership Surveys and Saboteurs Assessments • In-Person Workshops: Examples include Accelerating Strategic Thinking Capabilities, Creating and Communicating a Compelling Leadership Brand, Driving Organizational Change, and Building Self-Awareness, Confidence, and Courage • Coaching & Networking: Individual Action Plans, Group Coaching, and Peer Network Meetings
