The old saying "good things come to those who wait" applies to this one as I have coveted these two superstars as guests for quite some time. They are two of the music industry's most passionate artist champions, Both have built remarkable careers dedicated to empowering creative voices, breaking barriers, and forging bold new paths in entertainment. And both have mastered the art of the pivot. This episode is going to be amazing!

Leslie Fram is a Nashville-based music industry executive with over 30 years of experience spanning radio, television, and entertainment, including a prominent tenure as SVP of Music and Talent at CMT where she produced the CMT Music Awards. She is a tireless champion for gender equity through initiatives like "CMT Next Women of Country" and the "Equal Play" platform. She has extended her work on behalf of equality by co-founding organizations like "Change the Conversation" and "Nashville Music Equality," and in 2025 launched FEMco, a creative consulting collective focused on artist development, talent booking, and mentoring within Nashville's entertainment community.
