Andy Bernstein has spent the last 20 years starting and running Headcount.org, a grassroots non-profit that partners with the music industry to help people register to vote. Since inception, the organization has registered 1.25+ million people to vote - more than any similar movement. Since "retiring" from leading Headcount, Andy remains very involved with several other non-profits, including being the Executive Director of The Divided Sky Foundation, which is Phish frontman Trey Anastasio's non-profit.

Dave Margulies has spent his entire career around live music- writing about it, producing it, and creating opportunities for others to thrive in it. He is most well-known as the co-owner and co-producer of the High Sierra Music Festival, which just celebrated its 32nd year. He has also been involved with Headcount.org since its inception.
