Tory Wozny is a seasoned executive coach and strategic advisor to senior leaders, bringing nearly 30 years of experience working with executives and entrepreneurs across corporate and nonprofit sectors. He is passionate about helping leaders achieve strong business results with greater efficiency—using less time, fewer resources, and reduced stress. Tory is known for translating strategy into practical leadership action that delivers measurable impact.

Tory brings deep expertise in leadership assimilation, culture transformation, succession planning, and strategy and change management. He has advised executive teams in financial services and national nonprofit organizations, helping leaders navigate transitions, strengthen engagement, and improve organizational performance.

Tory previously served as Human Resources Officer for the Central Division of McDonald’s USA, LLC. In this role, he was a faculty member and executive coach within McDonald’s Leadership Institute, where he led action learning teams participating in the Accelerated Leadership Development Program. He also served on a president‑sponsored core team responsible for planning and reorganizing McDonald’s U.S. business during a period of significant change.

Tory’s HR leadership experience—combined with beginning his career on the front lines of one of the world’s most recognized brands—enables him to bring a unique, end‑to‑end perspective to leadership development. He effectively bridges insights from the employee break room to the boardroom. As a strategic advisor, he has partnered with EVPs, CHROs, and Vice Presidents transitioning into new roles, counseling them on employee engagement, performance management, talent decisions, development assessments, and leadership investment strategies. He has also worked with senior leadership teams to redesign organizational culture within financial services environments.
