Managing all facets of bringing the best and brightest talent to organizations and meeting aggressive recruiting goals, she has built value through developing innovative results-driven programs in recruitment, sourcing, and search methods.
Toby has collaborated with and helped individuals land positions at highly respected companies including private equity and start-ups and everything in between. She has completed recruiting projects partnering with Fortune 500 executives, global business professionals, and leaders across all industries. Toby has worked with clients in a variety of functional areas including: Operations, finance, human resources, management consulting, manufacturing, sales, and marketing.
Prior to executive search, Toby spent 14 years in the healthcare industry where she served in a senior human resources management capacity with a special emphasis on recruitment, compensation and benefits. She held strategic roles at the Northwestern Medical Faculty Foundation, Inc., Joint Commission on Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and Advocate Lutheran General Hospital.
Education Credentials
Toby holds a MS in Industrial Relations from Loyola University and a BS in Psychology and Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Champaign-Urbana.
