Tammy Heermann is an award‑winning leadership expert who is sought out by many of the world’s leading organizations for her work accelerating high‑potential leaders and advancing women in leadership. With more than 20 years of experience, she partners with organizations to challenge conventional thinking about leadership and help leaders at all levels drive meaningful, sustainable change.

For over two decades, Tammy has helped shift mindsets around what it takes to lead oneself and others. She has designed and facilitated leadership programs globally—in person, virtually, and with simultaneous translation—working across a wide range of industries and sectors, with particular depth in financial services, professional services, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, technology, and healthcare.

Tammy’s leadership development experience spans both global consulting and international management roles. She began her career at Midland Walwyn (Merrill Lynch), where she trained newly hired financial advisors. She later moved into the technology sector, working with organizations now known as Salesforce and Autodesk, where she built employee and leadership development functions from the ground up.

She subsequently joined a global consulting firm, partnering with clients across North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. During this time, Tammy held executive roles including Vice President of Global Leadership Development, Senior Vice President of Leadership Transformation, and Global Practice Lead for Women in Leadership. Today, she runs her own practice focused on advancing women leaders and the leaders who support them.
