My goal is not to provide just a product or service, but to partner with my candidates to help them understand not only how the job search process has changed, but to also help them gain the confidence to embrace those changes for career success.

Highlight from Professional Career

In addition to her role as a Senior Career Coach with Bravanti, Tami co-managed the recruitment process for the co-op and internship program at Toyota Technical Center, and also led the campus recruiting team for a national consulting firm. Tami has worked as a Career Planning and Placement Officer at the University of Michigan, as well as recruited at top universities and colleges across the country. In addition to her recruiting activities, Tami worked with the Michigan Works! organization to help job seekers from all industries and with all levels of experience, including those recently unemployed and Returning Citizens, gain job search skills through workshops and individual counseling sessions. Not one to be idle, Tami has also been a guest speaker at various schools in several Michigan school districts as well as contributed numerous articles to http://www.collegiateparent.com/.

Education Credentials

Tami holds a Bachelor of Science in Organization Administration from Central Michigan University. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW), a Certified Employment Interview Professional (CEIP), and a member of the Professional Association of Resume Writers and Career Coaches.
