Steve Griffith is a consultant and an experienced Certified Leadership Coach, Human Resources executive, and talent strategy leader. He brings a broad, results‑driven background spanning multiple industries and has partnered with multinational organizations as well as Private Equity–backed companies. Steve is known for designing and delivering integrated leadership and talent solutions that strengthen performance, succession, and organizational effectiveness.

Steve brings deep expertise in talent strategy, leadership development, succession planning, and executive coaching. Across several senior HR and talent leadership roles, he designed and led enterprise‑wide Integrated Talent Management and High‑Potential Leader succession initiatives, as well as Executive and Leadership Development and Executive Coaching functions.

An accomplished facilitator, Steve designs and leads leadership development, team effectiveness, change management, and strategic planning programs. He has built and facilitated multiple leadership development programs for Fortune 100 organizations and has coached more than 100 high‑potential leaders within those programs.

Steve specializes in working with high‑potential leaders—including Managers, Directors, Vice Presidents, and C‑suite executives—through both program facilitation and one‑on‑one coaching. In addition to individual leader development, he partners with leadership teams to clarify strategy, establish effective working agreements, and accelerate collective performance. His work focuses on optimizing individual and team effectiveness while strengthening leaders’ ability to influence, collaborate, and lead within complex systems.
