Sharma Graham

Consultant, Facilitator, Executive Coach

Sharma S. Graham is a consultant, facilitator, and executive coach, focused on moving leaders forward faster. As an executive coach, she partners one-on-one with leaders in Fortune 500 organizations to strengthen leadership capability, navigate complex challenges, and find greater meaning and fulfillment in their work. Sharma is deeply committed to helping professionals identify their personal leadership style, increase personal effectiveness, and lead with greater influence and impact.

At the core of Sharma’s work is a passion for shifting how individuals and teams think about leadership—from traditional, position-based models to a more multi-dimensional approach rooted in courage, authenticity, and purpose. She supports leaders in developing the mindset, skills, and behaviors needed to lead effectively in today’s evolving and demanding environments.

Sharma brings experience across strategy, human capital management, and talent development. She began her career at Golin, a global marketing and public relations agency, and later served the City of Chicago, where she led public relations efforts supporting the city’s thriving tourism industry. Over time, her professional focus evolved toward talent development and leadership effectiveness.

Sharma served as an HR Business Partner at Teach For America, where she acted as an internal executive coach and strategic advisor on talent, leadership, and diversity initiatives. In this role and throughout her career, she has partnered closely with leaders and teams to build inclusive cultures, strengthen leadership capability, and drive organizational impact.

Truly effective leaders must keep two kites flying at once: one powered by experience and expertise and the other powered by personal courage, self-awareness, and the ability to influence from the inside out. My work with clients is focused on keeping both kites soaring high, because it is at the intersection of competence and courage where the most transformational leadership and change happens.
