Highlights from Professional Career
Prior to joining Bravanti, Ron had global client responsibility for a large global human resource consulting firm, working with clients around the world on human resource and change management engagements. His industry experience includes transportation, manufacturing, professional services, financial services, health care and pharmaceutical both in the U.S. and around the world. Prior to consulting, he had executive human resource responsibility for a global manufacturing conglomerate.
Ron is a past board member of the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago and was recognized by that organization in 2009 as volunteer of the year for his thought leadership in the community. He is on the Board of Directors of Connections for Abused Women and Their Children, an organization that serves victims of domestic violence in Chicago, and Holy Family School, which serves inner-city children from pre-school through 8th grade on the west side of Chicago. For the past seven years he has served as a mentor/coach for Menttium, which provides mentoring/coaching for high-performance women in the Chicago area.
Education Credentials
Ron earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Augustana College in Rock Island Illinois and a Master’s in Human Resources from the School of Labor and Employee Relations at the University of Illinois at Urbana.
