Pat brings over 15 years' experience coaching individuals in search of their next career opportunities. She's coached individuals ranging from manufacturing production workers to senior directors and has worked with clients from many industries including high tech, manufacturing, education, government agencies, utilities, and healthcare.

Pat builds client confidence by helping individuals identify their unique strengths and abilities, helping them identify career options, create a plan to meet their specific goals and provides ongoing feedback and support throughout their job search.

Job search can be a challenging time. Pat helps people work through the emotions during this time of transition, identify and communicate their value and create a workable strategy for finding opportunities that match their strengths and values.

Highlights from Professional Career

Before joining Bravanti, Pat had her own private coaching practice, and prior to that had 10+ years at experience at Right Management in the role of Senior Career Consultant, working with individuals and facilitating groups of senior level executives seeking their next role. In addition, she has developed and conducted a series of webinars related to job search and career development. Pat has also been a frequent guest speaker at job search networking groups focusing on specific topics related to job search. With a strong interest in both performing and theater, she currently sits on the Board of Directors for the theater company Santa Clara Players.

Education Credentials

Pat earned her Masters in Education from Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri, and her Bachelor of Arts degree from Marymount Manhattan College in New York. In addition, she has a certification for Teaching English as a Second Language from University of California, Santa Cruz, CA and is certified as a Training Facilitator for DDI.
