OJ Kerr brings more than 20 years of corporate experience across investment banking, higher education, executive search, and management consulting. She works with C-suite and emerging leaders alike and is known for creating a trusted, confidential environment where clients can openly explore challenges and drive meaningful, transformative change. OJ measures success through her clients’ ability to increase their impact, thrive personally and professionally, and achieve their full potential.
OJ brings deep expertise in talent strategy, executive development, and career mobility. She previously worked at Bain & Company, where she advised senior executives on talent strategy, CEO succession, and professional development. Partnering closely with Bain’s Chief Talent Officer, OJ played a key role in developing the firm’s internal recruiting and career mobility function. She built and led a global team responsible for driving behavioral and cultural change that empowered employees to actively shape their careers while contributing more fully to the business.
Prior to Bain, OJ spent nearly a decade in executive search across Canada and the United Kingdom, working with leading firms including Russell Reynolds and Heidrick & Struggles. Earlier in her career, she held roles in marketing within financial services and higher education, giving her a broad, cross-sector perspective on leadership and organizational effectiveness.
With international experience living and working in Japan, the UK, the US, and Canada, OJ brings a global mindset to her coaching and consulting work and is skilled at supporting leaders navigating complexity, change, and growth across cultures.
