Mindy Levy is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in management consulting, human capital, and leadership development. She is a highly trained executive coach who works with professionals at all levels to help them clarify direction, strengthen leadership capability, and achieve their personal and professional ambitions. Mindy brings a practical, research-informed approach grounded in deep experience with complex organizations.

Mindy brings over two decades of experience in management consulting, the majority of which was spent at Booz Allen Hamilton, a global strategy and technology consulting firm. Her client work spanned complex public-sector organizations and federal agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security, Internal Revenue Service, National Reconnaissance Office, and the Smithsonian Institution. In addition to her consulting work, Mindy held internal leadership roles within Booz Allen’s Human Resources organization, where she led Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, and Talent initiatives.

Beyond her client and corporate leadership experience, Mindy is an active advocate for leadership and women’s advancement. She serves on the board of LeanIn.org and contributed the chapter “Finding Your First Job” to the bestseller Lean In for Graduates by Sheryl Sandberg. As a coach, she utilizes a wide range of tools and assessments to support the development of individuals and groups, bringing both rigor and practicality to her work.
