Professional Summary
Michael Broscio is an experienced executive and career transition coach. He recently completed nearly ten years as the Director of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) Career Resource Center. He is certified as a Career Management Fellow by the Institute of Career Certification International and brings more than 25 years of career development and human resources experience in healthcare, financial services, and academic settings.

Highlights from Professional Career
Prior to joining ACHE, Mr. Broscio was a senior member of the Bravanti team and was co-lead for the firm’s healthcare practice. Earlier in his career he led Career Decision, Inc., a former subsidiary of ACHE and worked in human resources with Continental Illinois National Bank. Along with providing career transition services to hundreds of executives in a variety of industries, he also developed an award-winning interviewing skills training video, and was selected by the U.S. Government to develop services for downsized medical service corps personnel.
Education Credentials
In addition to his coaching certification, Mr. Broscio received a Master’s Degree in Education and a B.A. in Psychology from DePaul University, where he also served as a Director of Career Planning and Placement. He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the American Society for Healthcare Human Resources Administration. He has written numerous magazine articles on career issues and has presented at national conferences.
