Lyndy’s consulting work spans guiding professionsls through career transitions, leadership challenges, and critical human capital decisions. She has also earnes recognition for her strategic contributions in marketing, communications and personal branding.

Her client portfolio includes organizations across a broad spectrum of industries, including high tech, manufacturing, retail, professional services, real estate, nonprofit, and utilities—bringing a well-rounded, cross-sector perspective to her work.

Most recently, Ms. Nierman served as Director of Membership Services at the Human Resource Management Association of Chicago, where she strengthened member engagement and expanded professional development offerings. Prior to joining Bravanti, Lyndy was a Principal at RSM McGladrey, where she played a key role in founding and scaling the firm’s human resource consulting practice. Earlier in her career, she successfully launched and led her own HR consulting firm.

Lyndy has held numerous leadership roles within the Society for Human Resource Management, including Area Vice President, Illinois State Council Director, and National Board member. She is a past president of Chicago SHRM and STAR Chicago. She has been recognized as a “Leader in the HR Community” by STAR Chicago, Chicago SHRM, and HRMAC.
