Lara Koretsky is an award-winning leadership coach, dynamic facilitator, and former HR executive with experience across corporate and not-for-profit sectors. She partners with individuals, teams, and organizations to unlock higher levels of performance, leadership effectiveness, and fulfillment.
Lara’s career began in the performing arts, where she built a successful acting portfolio across film, television, and theatre in Toronto, earning a Dora Mavor Moore Award nomination. Her work on stage sparked a deeper passion for human growth and potential, leading her to pursue a career in human resources and organizational development.
In addition to private practice experience, Lara has over 20 years of experience in People & Culture, Organizational Development, and Leadership Development, including nearly 15 years as a Vice President. Lara brings both strategic insight and practical expertise to her work. She is known for helping leaders navigate complexity, elevate performance, and foster healthy, high-impact cultures. In her role as Executive Director/VP, People, Culture & Leadership Lara created a fully integrated People & Talent Management strategy and framework that focused on employee and leadership development within the context of developing and sustaining a vibrant and thriving culture.
