He has directly supported over 14,000 individuals worldwide through personalized coaching and group workshops, both in-person and virtually. His ability to navigate complex organizational dynamics has positioned him as a trusted partner for senior executives seeking to optimize talent and drive business transformation.
Keven spent a decade as a Senior Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison, where he served as Senior Consultant & Project Director. In this capacity, he led a cross-functional team of 38 professionals to design and implement a large-scale re-education program for displaced workers, enabling their successful transition into the technology sector for the City of Chicago. His career also includes a leadership role as Director & Vice President of Business Development at Robertson Lowstuter, where he consistently identified and captured new revenue streams. Keven has managed multiple career centers for Baxter International Inc. and has played a pivotal role in strategic growth initiatives. At Bethlehem United Church of Christ, as Director of Development Ministry and Strategy, he developed a comprehensive growth strategy that included the creation of a robust Integrated Marketing Communications plan to enhance the institution’s branding. Keven also contributed to academic excellence through his role as a senior faculty member at Keller Graduate School of Management, where he taught M.B.A. courses on organizational change, leadership, staffing, and global diversity.

Keven holds a Master’s degree and an S.T.B. from L'Université Catholique de Louvain in Belgium, graduating Cum Laude. He also earned a second Bachelor’s degree in French Literature, with minors in English and Philosophy, from St. Meinrad College in St. Meinrad, IN.
