Ken is an experienced talent and learning leader with deep expertise in designing and facilitating leadership programs that drive performance, build capability, and support organizational growth.  He has created and led enterprise initiatives in high-potential development, succession planning, performance management, and onboarding, working across levels from frontline supervisors to executives.

Ken has held senior leadership roles as Senior Director of Human Resources and Senior Director of Talent Management, bringing deep expertise in building and developing organizations. He has worked across diverse industries—including healthcare, higher education, heavy manufacturing, and engineering—giving him a broad perspective and the ability to connect with a wide range of leaders. A skilled facilitator, he has delivered numerous sessions on leadership, team effectiveness, and culture, and serves as an adjunct faculty member teaching Talent Management and Learning & Development.
