Before transitioning to executive coaching, Kelly held leadership roles in advertising, sales, merchandising, and marketing at Levi Strauss & Co. and Macy’s, where she managed a $1 million marketing budget that generated over $150 million in annual sales—bringing a strong business and results-oriented perspective to her work.

For more than 25 years, Kelly has served as an international trainer, certification leader, and facilitator with the Co-Active Training Institute, having trained thousands of leaders globally to use coaching as a core leadership competency. Her client partnerships include Medtronic, Booking.com, Google, Cargill, RBC, and the TSA. She also designs and facilitates equity and inclusion programs, including Racism in America: What Is Mine to Do, reflecting her commitment to authentic leadership and bridging across differences.
