Keith frequently leads small groups and live virtual training sessions on a wide range of topics including onboarding, negotiations, and behavioral interviewing.

As a coach, Keith has conducted executive sessions for key leaders to help them improve their on-the-job performance in addition to delivering assessment and development initiatives to high-potentials.

Prior to joining ZRG Bravanti, Keith was an organizational consultant with his own independent practice, where he coached and advised executives, managers and professionals in Fortune 500 companies and small businesses. His consulting career began in Chicago in 1988 at an executive coaching firm dedicated to improving the health, judgment, and effectiveness of leaders and management teams.

Earlier in his career, Keith held human resource management positions with the Higher Education Assistance Foundation and the Northwestern National Life Insurance Company in Minneapolis.

Education Credentials

Keith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts from the University of Iowa and a Master’ of Science in Human Resource Administration from Loyola University.

He is also credentialed in a range of assessments including MBTI, Leadership Effectiveness Analysis (LEA), and the Hogan Inventory.
