Her career spans consumer and commercial banking, mortgage lending, and wealth management, leading cross‑functional teams and complex initiatives across large, vertically aligned organizations. She is distinguished by her ability to lead strategic change horizontally across business lines and, as a change agent, designed and led multiple centers of excellence supporting diverse product lines through integrated marketing, training and development, communications, and internal consulting. Her work consistently strengthened leadership capability, improved enterprise execution, and drove performance at scale.

As Practice Lead for Leadership Development, Jodi works with global organizations across professional services, financial services, engineering, and manufacturing to enhance leadership effectiveness, develop and retain top talent, and drive sustainable business success.
