Janet Manzullo

Consultant, Facilitator, Executive Coach

Janet Manzullo is an executive coach and facilitator with a deep passion for leadership development and helping others succeed. She brings extensive senior executive experience from both the corporate and non-profit sectors, where she has led complex, geographically dispersed teams and built high-performing, empowered organizations. Janet is known for her ability to develop talent, establish clear vision, and execute innovative strategies that drive engagement, efficiency, and sustainable results. Her work is grounded in a genuine commitment to coaching, developing leaders, and creating environments where people and organizations can thrive.

Janet’s career spans senior executive roles at Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), Time Warner Cable (now Charter Communications), and the nonprofit sector as COO of BraveWorks, supporting women impacted by trauma and injustice. At Wachovia, she led large-scale deposit and loan operations and later served as SVP of Global Recruiting, overseeing enterprise-wide talent functions including sourcing, operations, technology, and executive search.

She went on to lead corporate recruiting at Time Warner Cable, driving internal talent mobility and succession planning, before joining BraveWorks during a period of significant growth and expanded impact.

Across her career, Janet has contributed to diversity councils, supported organizations through mergers and acquisitions, and built a track record of delivering strategic outcomes—improving processes, reducing costs, increasing efficiency, enhancing customer experience, and strengthening employee engagement—all grounded in a passion for helping others grow and succeed.

High-performing teams are built through a service-oriented leadership mindset—where leaders exist to support the team, not the reverse. By empowering individuals with the right resources, skills, and autonomy, teams consistently deliver strong results in quality, efficiency, and effectiveness while growing professionally. Encouraging them to “imagine the possibilities” fosters confidence, unlocks potential, and drives meaningful success.
