Galen brings deep expertise in executive leadership, commercial strategy, organizational effectiveness, and leadership development. At Coca-Cola North America, he served as Senior Manager of Strategic Selling, acting as an internal executive coach and enterprise subject matter expert in global selling and negotiation. He led the redesign of Coca-Cola's global selling process and delivered training across the United States, Canada, Mexico, and England. As Sales Capability Director, he developed more than 150 sales, marketing, and cross-functional leaders while strengthening enterprise leadership capability. As Director of Area Sales, he managed a $34 million P&L, earning President's Club recognition for exceeding sales and profit objectives. Previously, as General Manager of a $110 million division and National Director of Foodservice Sales at Imperial Sugar Company, he led regional and broker organizations that delivered 60 percent revenue growth over two years.
