At Coca-Cola, he served as Senior Manager of Strategic Selling, acting as an internal executive coach and company-wide subject matter expert in global selling and negotiation, leading the redesign of the global selling process and delivering training across the U.S., Canada, Mexico, and England. As Sales Capability Director, he coached and mentored more than 150 sales, marketing, and cross-functional executives, and as Director of Area Sales, he managed a $34M P&L, earning President’s Club recognition for exceeding sales and profit targets. Previously, as National Director of Foodservice Sales at Imperial Sugar, Galen served as General Manager of a $110M division, leading regional and broker teams to drive 60% revenue growth over two years.
