Highlights from Professional Career

Prior to becoming an executive career coach, Diane was the Senior Vice President Human Resources for INGREDION INCORPORATED (formerly Corn Products International) for over 7 years. She led the global Human Resources function with over 100 indirect reports through 10 reports with a combined budget of $5 million. Diane reported to the CEO and Chairman of the Board. From 2001 to 2010, she worked for Alcan Packaging as a VPHR Food and Pharmaceutical Packing, VPHR and Vice President. While at Alcan, Diane directed the entire HR function for Global Pharmaceutical Packaging as well as Food Americas with combined sales of $2.5 billion and over 9000 employees in 32 plants located in 14 countries. Diane also worked at Alcan as VP Human Resources, Culligan International as VP Human Resources, Alumax Mill Products as Vice President and American Can as Human Resources Manager/Director.

At Bravanti, Diane has worked with executives from United Airlines, Morningstar, Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Hyatt, Ingredion, IRI, Fengate, McDonalds, Kimberly Clark and KPMG.

Education Credentials

Diane holds a MSIR, Industrial Relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a BA Psychology from Ithaca College.
