She believes it is essential to understand what individuals are going through—whether navigating job loss or feeling stuck in misaligned roles—because she has experienced those challenges herself. Her approach emphasizes active listening and strategic guidance to help clients achieve their goals. She is particularly intentional about “modeling” success by demonstrating step-by-step processes, whether it’s navigating job search tools or crafting follow-up communication. Ultimately, Esther supports clients in making authentic and strategic career decisions that align with their values.

Highlights from Professional Career

Esther has coached over 3,000 students and professionals across industries and career stages through her work at Boston University, where she served as both Assistant Director of Career Education and Career Counselor, delivering 1:1 advising and workshops to students and alumni.  Prior to this, she contributed to career development and program building at Roxbury Community College, where she led career services initiatives, and at various nonprofit organizations, where she created and implemented career programs supporting women experiencing homelessness. In the private sector, she worked in recruitment at Faire, gaining experience in talent acquisition within a startup environment. She works with Bravanti to support individuals navigating career transitions. Esther has been featured in Forbes and Business Insider for her career coaching and salary negotiation insights and has facilitated AAUW Salary Negotiation Workshops across Boston aimed at addressing the gender wage gap.
