Esther has coached over 3,000 students and professionals across industries and career stages through her work at Boston University, where she served as both Assistant Director of Career Education and Career Counselor, delivering 1:1 advising and workshops to students and alumni. Prior to this, she contributed to career development and program building at Roxbury Community College, where she led career services initiatives, and at various nonprofit organizations, where she created and implemented career programs supporting women experiencing homelessness. In the private sector, she worked in recruitment at Faire, gaining experience in talent acquisition within a startup environment.
