Curt Wang is an executive coach, facilitator, and change leadership expert who partners with smart, successful, and ambitious executives and professionals to become stronger leaders and more effective managers while building fulfilling careers. With more than 15 years of executive coaching experience, Curt helps leaders understand their leadership style, leverage their strengths, address development areas, increase their influence, and clarify their future career direction—driving faster, more sustainable results for the leader, their team,and their organization.

Curt brings leadership, management, and strategy perspectives shaped by 25 years in senior marketing and leadership roles across diverse environments, including a business school, an innovation management consulting firm, two Fortune 500 consumer packaged goods companies, and a leading market research firm.

In addition to his coaching practice, Curt is an adjunct faculty member at Northwestern University, where he teaches leadership coaching in the Master’s in Learning and Organizational Change program. Previously, he taught New Products and Services in the Kellogg School of Management MBA program, as well as Leading Organizational Change and Marketing in the Lake Forest Graduate School of Management MBA program.
