Corey Graham is a consultant dedicated to expanding and deepening leadership capacity for his clients. He serves as a leadership coach, consultant, facilitator, and speaker, working one-on-one with leaders across Fortune 500 companies, nonprofit organizations, and mission-driven enterprises—including individual contributors through senior managers and beyond at organizations such as Deloitte, Apple, Quest Diagnostics, and BMW. Corey helps individuals maximize their potential and move toward what he describes as their "impossible future”. His work is fueled by a passion for using coaching and speaking to cultivate clarity, commitment, and conviction in individuals, teams, and organizations. Corey approaches his work through an inclusive lens, consistently integrating these principles into his practice.

Corey brings a diverse professional background spanning Human Resources, Corporate Finance and Insurance, Recruiting, and Operations Management. Early in his career, he worked with TIAA-CREF and AXA Equitable, followed by serving as Operations and Finance Lead for a national leadership development organization.

Corey has served as a Leadership and Executive Coach for organizations including The Surge Institute, The Coaching Fellowship, Health Leads, Red Ventures, Atrium Health, Cabarrus Health Alliance, and Jobs for America’s Graduates.
