A 15-year veteran career coach at Bravanti, she has been guiding candidates through the transition process by accessing the comprehensive tools provided along with creating an environment conducive to learning and growing. Compassionate and understanding, Claire provides a safe haven for folks to do the necessary work to be successful.

Claire has facilitated workshops to numerous organizations in the public and private sector specializing in personal transformation delivering content that inspires, uplifts, and instills confidence. A brief listing includes Dept of Veterans Affairs, Office of Surface Mining, Denver Federal Executive Board, US Mint, City of Greenwood Village, Xcel Energy, Comcast and People Soft to name a few. She was sought out to speak to the returning soldiers from Iraq at the Fort Carson Army Post.
