Carol Fitzgibbons is a Director in the Leadership Development practice, serving as a leadership development program designer, facilitator, and executive coach. She brings deep passion and strong capability for helping leaders develop themselves, engage their teams, navigate change, and deliver meaningful business results. Carol also designs and facilitates leadership retreats and team building sessions that enable teams to operate at their best and advance business strategy.

Carol has diverse experience spanning consulting, corporate Human Resources, anduniversity faculty roles. She has partnered with organizations of all sizesacross a broad range of industries, including technology, professionalservices, consumer products, healthcare, food service, manufacturing,utilities, retail, nonprofit, and public sector.

Prior to joining ZRG, Carol ran her own leadership development consulting business for five years. Previously, she served for six years as Head of Organization Development at CCC Information Services,a mid-sized software company. She has also held internal OD and HR leadership roles at Kraft Foods and ComEd, and consulting roles with EY, Deloitte, Andersen, Capital H Group, and BPI group.

In addition to her consulting and corporate work, Carol taught graduate-level university MBA courses for 20 years, including 17 years on the adjunct faculty at Loyola University Chicago.

Carol has deep expertise in leadership development, executive coaching, team effectiveness, talent management, learning & development, employee engagement, communications, change management, organization design, and HR strategy.
