Bruce is part of the firm’s Career Transition practice, which offers a highly personalized approach to career planning and transition services for companies, executives, and other professionals. He is a highly experienced life coach and presenter, who specializes in helping people discover their passions and career paths. He also works on larger-scale projects for the firm.

Prior to joining ZRG Bravanti, Bruce worked at The Derson Group, Ltd. and another career transition firm, providing individual coaching and workshop training sessions. Projects included utility plants, industrial facilities, and call centers.

He started his career as a design civil engineer. After his own career reassessment, he discovered his greater interest was in helping people and communities address complex issues. He became actively engaged in the Chicago community by focusing on urban church development, followed by a grassroots movement to reform public education in the city. Applying his engineering background, Bruce also worked with the Teacher’s Academy for Mathematics and Science, which helped retrain teachers and retool communities in math, science, and technology.

Education Credentials

Bruce graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He also has a Master of Divinity degree from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota.
