Betty formulated her principled, values-based approach to client issues while attending an immersive program at the U.S. Army War College with senior leaders of the U.S., Latin American, and Asian militaries. She has held corporate positions as Vice President at Omega Performance, Managing Director at Root Learning, Senior Vice President at Roger Schwarz and Associates, and Regional Director at American Management Association. Her post-doctorate research,consulting, and coaching work continue to focus on everyday leadership practices that transform individual, team, and organizational performance and well-being.
