Rochelle Park, NJ, May 8, 2023 – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm headquartered in New Jersey, adds Managing Director Kim Gilliam to its growing Interim Solutions & Project Consulting division. Having served in key roles with advisory and talent solutions firms, Kim brings a demonstrated history of top-tier placements across Human Resources, accounting and finance, audit, tax, and business technology. She is based in Detroit, Michigan.

Kim enters the firm with a reputation as a trusted and seasoned business development specialist. In particular, she is known for identifying and recruiting top talent as well as providing consultative staffing solutions to meet the needs of her clients.

Before joining ZRG, Kim served as Business Development Director for Beech Valley Solutions, a tech-enabled staffing firm; Senior Manager at UHY Advisors; and Business Development Manager for Accretive Solutions, Modis, and Parson Consulting.
