ZRG’s Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Division Adds Ashley Kemp as Managing Director

Rochelle Park, NJ, May 3, 2023 – ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, adds Ashley Kemp to its growing Interim Solution & Project Consulting division. Ashley serves all industries in the Orange County market and holds a primary focus on accounting and finance positions. As Managing Director, she will support her mid-market and large global clients in meeting their interim and direct hire needs.

Ashley has amassed a broad network of global client partners in her career thus far, establishing a reputation for driving critical change and transformation. Her notable mandates include partnering with SMEs to support Information Technology initiatives; identifying senior talent for human resource, legal, treasury, and supply chain functions; and placing strategic Project Managers.

Prior to joining ZRG, Ashley served Conexus Search as Director, Interim Solutions. Earlier, she held the role of Director of Client Development for RGP, a global consulting firm focused on transformative change. Before entering executive search, Ashley spent nearly a decade in accounting and finance roles, beginning at S.A.C. Capital, a large New York-based hedge fund.
