ZRG’s Consumer Practice Group Grows with Addition of Managing Director Sue Hardek

Rochelle Park, NJ, November 16, 2022 – ZRG, a New Jersey-based global talent advisory firm, welcomes Sue Hardek as Managing Director. She brings with her 25 years of experience identifying talented leaders to bolster business growth within the digital industry. Sue will serve as a member of ZRG’s Consumer Practice.

Sue enters ZRG following a tenure as Managing Partner for Talentfoot Executive Search, where she led the led Marketing, Media, and Digital Experience practice groups. Before joining Talentfoot, she led her own boutique firm, with clients including Accenture, Constellation Brands, Jack Morton, and Digitas. The firm focused on engagements for digital marketing, technology, and experience design roles, but Sue also coached and advised executive leaders on organizational design and Human Resources best practices.

Other career highlights include leading the Technology practice of a regional executive search firm as its first female Managing Director, where Sue was responsible for 60% of revenues ($2.4M); establishing an internal executive search organization for Capgemini; rising to VP/Group Director of Human Resources for Digitas, subsequently growing the Chicago office by 500% during her tenure; and serving as Chief Talent Officer for Manifest Digital, where she built the talent organization from scratch and drove all executive-level searches.

In her search practice, Sue serves private equity and venture capital firms, Series B and beyond startups, and Fortune 100 clients alike. She is adept at scoping out digital change agents and leaders to scale and/or transform businesses, with a recent focus on identifying world-class eCommerce, Digital Marketing, and Digital Product executives.
