With a distinguished career spanning decades, Tim Henn brings a wealth of expertise across various industries, including communications, data centers, wireless and broadband fiber communications, cybersecurity, managed IT services, cloud, IoT, and unified communications. Tim is also a key contributor to ZRG's Global Sales, Private Equity, Board Services, and Strategy Officer practices.

Prior to his role at ZRG, Tim served as a partner for over 20 years at two of the world's largest global executive search firms, Spencer Stuart and Russell Reynolds. Throughout his career, Tim has demonstrated a keen ability to lead CEO, board, and other C-level mandates, successfully identifying and placing high-impact growth leaders within PE-funded portfolio companies, mid-sized private firms, and Fortune 500 companies alike. His prior experience in the technology industry, encompassing corporate strategy, marketing, sales, and product line management, further enriches his insights and offerings to clients.
