ZRG Welcomes Elaine Leff to Interim Solutions & Project Consulting Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, and San Francisco, CA, February 11, 2025 – Fast-growing global talent advisory firm ZRG today announced that Elaine Leff has joined the firm as a Managing Director in its Interim Solutions & Project Consulting practice. Based in San Francisco, CA, Leff will focus on delivering interim C-suite and executive talent solutions, as well as independent consulting expertise, across private equity, technology, business services, and healthcare.

Leff brings over 25 years of experience in strategy consulting, value creation, and talent acquisition. Prior to joining ZRG, she was a Senior Managing Director at Heidrick & Struggles’ On-Demand Talent business, where she played a key role in scaling independent talent solutions and advising Fortune 500 companies, major non-profits, and middle-market private equity firms. She also led the Private Equity practice at Business Talent Group (now part of Heidrick & Struggles), making it the fastest-growing segment in company history. Earlier in her career, Leff held consulting and strategic roles at The Walt Disney Company, Electronic Data Systems, Mercer Consulting, KPMG, and L.E.K. Consulting, advising private equity clients on commercial due diligence, portfolio company growth, and exit strategies.
