Blake Burnett joins ZRG as Managing Director, Interim Solutions & Project Consulting

ROCHELLE PARK, N.J. – ZRG, a global talent advisory firm, today announced that Blake Burnett, CPA, has joined the firm as Managing Director, Interim Solutions and Project Consulting. Based in Michigan, Burnett strengthens ZRG's ability to help organizations solve critical finance, accounting, transformation, and leadership challenges through interim executives and project-based talent solutions.

Burnett brings a diverse background spanning finance leadership, transformation, consulting, and talent advisory. Over the course of his career, he has built expertise across financial systems transformation, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), controllership, and enterprise performance management, helping organizations improve operational effectiveness and support business growth.

Prior to joining ZRG, Burnett held progressive finance roles with leading organizations, including Kellogg Company, where he supported Global Business Services on the Enterprise Performance team. His experience gives him firsthand insight into the challenges organizations face as they scale, transform operations, implement new technologies, and navigate change in increasingly complex business environments.

Burnett also established a strong reputation in the interim consulting space during his tenure with Robert Half, where he helped launch and grow the firm's senior-level finance and accounting consulting practice in West Michigan. Working closely with clients across industries, he connected organizations with highly skilled finance, accounting, and transformation professionals capable of delivering immediate impact during periods of growth, transition, and change.

Burnett earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Walsh College. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
