ZRG bolsters Aerospace, Defense & Intelligence Practice

Rochelle Park, New Jersey, USA (November 15, 2018) – ZRG Partners, recognized as one of the fastest growing search firms in the world, has added two senior team members to the Aerospace, Defense & Intelligence practice.

Don Davis has joined ZRG as a Senior Associate and brings over 30 years of HR operations and recruitment experience to the firm. Don started his career at IBM and spent the past 16 years as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Moog, Inc., a leading designer, manufacturer and supplier of motion control systems and components to the aerospace and defense markets. While at Moog, he established and managed their Talent Acquisition function, facilitating thousands of critical hires at all levels.

In addition, ZRG recently announced the addition of Terry Petzold, Managing Director, to the team. Terry is an experienced recruiting expert in the cybersecurity and technology functional areas with a strong track record in the defense and intelligence sectors.
