ZRG Appoints Joe Brennan as Managing Director, Adding Commercial and Operational Expertise to Industrial Practice

Rochelle Park, NJ, November 28, 2022 – ZRG, a growing global talent advisory firm based in New Jersey, today announces the addition of Joe Brennan as Managing Director. Joe has amassed a track record of senior-level search engagements for industrial companies in manufacturing and construction services. Based in Chicago, he will primarily serve the firm’s Industrial Practice, joining as a member of the Private Equity and Consumer practice groups as well.

In addition to his expertise within the Industrial space, Joe has identified and recruited Commercial and Operational talent for Food, Beverage, and Nutrition companies.

Before entering ZRG, Joe served as a Managing Director for the search firms Comhar Partners and Banister International. Prior to his career in recruitment, Joe enjoyed a successful sales career for over 30 years within diversified manufacturing and new product development. Maintaining a focus on automation, die casting, machining, plastics, packaging, and complex assembly, his clients included both private equity-owned entities and publicly traded organizations.
