ZRG Adds Managing Director Larry Krema to Growing Real Estate Practice


Rochelle Park, NJ, May 30, 2023 ZRG, a US-based global talent advisory firm, adds Lawrence “Larry” Krema as Managing Director. Larry joins the Real Estate Practice, bringing in addition a wealth of expertise across private equity, hospitality, and human capital. Based in Chicago, he will also support the firm’s Human Capital and Private Equity practice groups.

Before joining ZRG, Larry served as a Managing Director for both Allegis Partners and FPL Advisory Group. His clients recognize his knack for assessing a candidate’s knowledge and experience and aptly weighing this against their culture and organizational fit.

Earlier, Larry enjoyed a career leading public company human resource functions. In this capacity, he addressed talent and culture matters, developing human capital strategies to drive individual and organizational performance. Larry served as Chief Human Resources Officer, Simon Property Group and Executive Vice President of Human Resources, Equity Office Properties Trust, gaining specialized insight within the real estate sector through these mandates.
